Problem in unlocking iPhone 3GS

I have an iPhone 3GS. I updated it to 5.0.1 via iTunes, but since I need to unlock it, I preserved the baseband to 6.15.00.
After that, I installed ultrasnow 1.2.5 and tried to use it with my sim, but it just says searching.
The iPhone is new bootroom.

Help!! What should I do ?

Try to reinstall ultras0w again

I have the same problem on my iPhone 4, usually a few reboots will get the signal back.

Try uninstalling ultrasn0w, rebooting, removing the SIM, installing ultrasn0w again, rebooting and placing the SIM card.

I'm going to install 5.0.1 tomorrow on my 3Gs- I'm glad to hear not too many problems here.
