cant open apps!!!!!

i have a 3gs iphone 3.1.3 jb,i cant open all the icons ,included phone icon,when i try to open it ,it stay like freez,,, how i can fix it??

Plug it into the computer and just do a normal sync with Itunes. You press the app and it'll pop up for a split second and close right? What I said should do the trick. This happened to me a couple times back on 3.1.2
