    Hey guys. Need some help. When I try to make an in-app purchase, I am declined.

    In MotionX Drive I got the message: This is not a Test User account. Please create a new account in the Sandbox environment. (Environment: Sandbox)

    In Navigon, I am declined and told that I have to buy the app first before I can make the in-app purchase. Then it says it cannot connect to iTunes.

    These are not pirated apps, I paid for them.

    I figure that this has something to do with Jail Breaking. Any ideas? Thanks.

    You could try to restore the phone, test the in-app purchases and then re-jailbreak. I've not heard of this problem before.

    try deleting them off your iphone, rebooting, then adding them back via the app store on ya phone if u cant do it thru itunes

    same way i feel about restores. but i'll be damned if they don't work 99% of the time.
