Iphone 2g 2.2 Question

I was wondering if i can jailbreak my iphone 2g if it has apples fw 2.2 and would this void my 1 year warranty on it?

but i thought its said that if you format or restore it your warranty isn't voided? And can i even jailbreak it because when i launch the quickpwn it askes for an ipsw?

Yes, you can jailbreak on fw 2.2. It will void your warranty, but all you have to do is restore it if you need to take it in for service.
