I have a new laptop and have iTunes all installed. Here is my dilemma. I have a bunch of CD's and maybe a few songs received from "other" sources that I want to add to my library. I do not want to use up all the memory on my computer by having the music stored on it. What is the easiest way to add music to iTunes but not have it all stored and using memory on my computer. I do have Perfect Match if that helps with any of the answers. I am fairly new to itunes so I am sorry if this seems like a silly question to be asking.

Do you mean iTunes Match? If so, once you add the music from CDs and other sources to iTunes, then let iTunes Match finishing matching and or uploading the music if it didn't find a match. Once it is safely in iTunes Match, you can delete it from your PC. If you listen to it within iTunes on the PC, it will be streamed to you assuming you are on a wifi network. However you can download it again if you need it for times you are not on wifi.
