iPhone and iPod with iTunes

So i have a 30 gig iPod, Video and I am getting the iPhone 4 on Verizon. I don't want to sync my music to my iPhone. When i plug it in will it automatically sync it? or can i stop it before it does?

It will ask you what you want to sync when you 1st connect. Even if it does, you can still take it off.

I bet you end up getting rid of that iPod and put your music on the iPhone anyway!

You can choose to manually sync pretty much everything on any device...including music (which means you can choose not to sync any music to the iPhone if that is your wish).
