Syncing to ITunes after jailbreak?

I am a jailbreak newbie ! Can I still sync to iTunes as I normally do ? I deleted one of my favorite apps and would like to connect to iTunes to get it back! Is this ok to do so or will I have to restore and do the jailbreak over again ?

Syncing with itunes is fine. As long as u don't upgrade the firmware you won't lose ur jailbreak.

I'd also go into iTunes Preferences and un-check the "Check for updates automatically" box. And (if you already haven't) checking the "Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically" box- under the "Devices" tab.
