Unable to sync to itunes over wifi

Since the time i have updated my iPhone, I am unable to sync it with iTunes over wifi. I always have to connect the phone to my system. I have checked the settings and sync over wifi is on. So just wanted to check if anyone else are facing same problem & is there any solution to that...?
