I have noticed this section in the app store app does not load at all on the iPhone 5. Why is this happening? I don't have this issue on my iPod and iPad that are both updated to iOS 6

Sometimes it take a while to load. Give it some time. Alternatively, you can close the app in the app switcher, reboot your iPhone and try again.

Double-click the home button, locate the App Store app, press and hold the App Store app until the apps start to jiggle and you see the minus sign in the red circle. Tap on the red circle.
