Apps for creating an index/glossary/database

Hi,

I'm interested in creating an index on my phone . I'd like to be able to create a dynamic list that can be searched and added to over time. So far, the standard to-do lists and memos aren't cutting it. Anyone have any suggestions??

I use StoreIT Pro. Customizable fields, searchable, and can set up as many DB's as you want.
