Crackling noise has disappeared with iOS 11.1 beta

Had the annoying crackling noise on my unlocked, 256GB 8 Plus using Verizon. Updated to the iOS 11.1 beta yesterday and the crackling appears to have disappeared. So you might want to take a dip into the beta pool if the crackling is as annoying to you as it was to me.

That’s some positive news, my iPhone 8 plus arrived today, so I am itching to try it out. Hoping I don’t have the cracking issue as I do on my iPhone 8.

Yes. They fixed it in 11.0.2, which was just released.

Upgraded to 11.0.2 and that noise issue has been fixed )
