My office wifi is not connecting my iPhone 7

In my office wifi system, my new iPhone 7 is not connecting when all staff using. even some iPhone 7 users also getting exclude mine. After number of wifi users (staff) leave from office, then only I will get. Whats wrong in my system. Please advise. I already did reset, rejoin, and all ways of attempts.

Maybe there's too many people joined already when you attempt to join. I see that at the hospital. Sometimes I can join, sometimes I can't. It may just be overloaded. Most likely not your phone. Try getting there earlier, then join. They probably need a stronger wifi.
