No lock or keyboard sounds

I'm not sure to post this problem here or on the iOS 9 area. But anyway I noticed that on my iPhone 6S with 9.0.1 I have no "Lock Sounds" and Keyboard Clicks". Both are enabled in Settings - Sounds and the mute switch is off. Has any one else seen this? And yes the volume is almost up all of the way.

Never mind it is working now. I'm wondering if it has something to do with me being in my car and the phone connected to Bluetooth?

Thanks for also including an update, and yes, your car's Bluetooth connection is probably the reason you weren't hearing the aforementioned sounds.

I had no idea of what wifi assist was. Of course I fixed that, and also turned it off. I haven't used much data, so it wasn't an issue.
