Screen problems with my wife's iphone 6

Hi there. My wife's iphone 6 is having some screen problems, as you can see on the picture attached, the screen seems to get out of wack and looks like in the video, but then it just starts working normally. The phone hasn't been dropped in water or things like that. I'm wondering if this is a screen problem or a something else. Any thoughts? Thanks

Never seen that before. Suggest you take it into Apple and have them look at it and determine what the problem may be.

And what gets me is that, with sometime, it starts working just fine.
