Has anyone experienced an inability to end one call to take another one?

Has anyone experienced this? When I'm on a multiple call phone call it doesn't have the option to end one call when I merge them. I thought it only happened when I was using VoLTE but I turned it off and I'm still experiencing the same thing (there used to be a symbol with an i that let me access the calls to end one at a time or private them).

Do you still have the "i" icon when you have multiple calls? This is how it shows on my friend's 4S and how it showed on my 5S
