Why do my Whatspp videos and pics only send sometimes?

Whatspp issues

when i try to send pics or videos on whatsapp, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I reset my phone and start all over and that doesn't seem to help..any one else having this issue?

Have you tried uninstalling WhatsApp? and re-installing it?

yes i have. twice. and whenever its back up and i try again it works but then the next fails to work so i don’t know what is going on. Right now as i speak i is working well. Never know when it’ll stop working and ill have to reset, uninstall, install all that crap
