Why are my text messages displaying by phone numbers instead of contact names all of a sudden?

In the same day, my contacts disappeared, except for facebook contacts. Also, my text messages are all displayed by contact phone number instead of contact names. Any ideas for correcting either of these?

I don't know. Reboot your iPhone and/or make sure that the "all contacts" option is selected in the group portion of the Contacts app.
