Pre-order Questions

I have a couple questions I was hoping somebody could answer for me.

1- If I pre-order the iPhone 4s, does Apple only ship to the billing address of my credit card, or can I have it shipped anywhere? How about if I ordered it from AT&T, would they only ship to my billing address?

2- I am currently grandfathered in on an unlimited data plan, will this continue or will I lose this by upgrading my device?

On the pre order for Verizon it had to ship to billing address but regular orders u could ship anywhere .. I think it was to speed up the volume of pre orders .. Too my knowledge data is a feature tied to your plan not the phone so u should have no prob keeping it
