Two days ago I had issues in an area with 5 bars, and the 3G symbol up, but safari wouldn't connect to any sites. I didnt do anything about it. The next morning, the same thing happened in a different area with excellent 3G reception. But when on wifi, safari and email worked. When next off wifi, safari couldn't connect, and i tried resetting the cellular radio by turning airplane mode on then off, but that didn't help. Then I decided to try a reboot. After rebooting, safari worked on 3G, and some mail downloaded. So it seems to me that there was some sort of phone problem rather than a Verizon problem.
