Os 4.3 AirPlay questions

Just upgraded to 4.3, but I don't understand how the new AirPlay improvements work.

Does Air play only work with an Apple Tv? I would like to play videos from my iPhone camera roll on my iPad with air play? Can I do this? Do any 3rd party apps support such a feature?

No you can't play videos from iPhone to iPad. You can do it from your pc to iPhone/iPad or to apple tv

Yes you can

Get the free app Airview on the iPad. It turns it into a device capable of receiving AirPlay video and sound.

I have apple tv and Iphone 4. I did update and I thought I read somewhere that with the update you could airplay video from Safari. I was not able to do this yesterday when I tried.
