Anyone Having Problems with 3.1?

Hey guys,

I just installed the 3.1 update this morning and now my phone isn't responding the first few times I hit the on button. I have to hit it a few times and sometimes have to hold it down for a few seconds and then hit it a few more times.

Also my ipod is showing up in my start screen (where you have to slide to unlock) when I have exited it.

Anyone else? Is there a fix or am I the only one?

are you beta testing 3.1? or do you mean your OS is actually 3.0.1?

if you installed 3.1 it's only for developers and is in beta.

are you a developer? If not, I wouldn't use it.

When you hit the home button twice when the phone is locked. The iPod controls come up. That is normal.

This! For those of us that are impatient ( ) we see it often. But, it's totally normal ( though it freaked me out the first time I saw it ).

You're likely just not pressing the button firmly, I've not updated to 3.0.1 ( assuming that's the version you mean ), I'm waiting for 3.1 to come out.

I started having this problem yesterday and its gotten worse today.
Using 3.0.1.

Going to try restoring my phone before calling Apple but definately not acting as it should.
