Just Download The Update And...

First Time Poster Hi,

Finally updated my iphone to the new 1.0.2 is it?

Anyways, Its all downloaded and "Installed" , When i take the usb out it tells me to reconnect to Itunes.. When i reconnect to ITunes it then comes up with the error.

"We Could Not Complete Your Itunes Store Request. An Unknown Error Occured (-9808.)
There Was An Error In The iTunes Store, Please Try Again Later.."

Anyways Im Stuck In Limbo Between The 2, I Cant Use My Phone, And I Havent The Foggiest On How To Do This, Help Appreciated, Thanks.

3.0 is the new OS... try updating to the newest iTunes, restore your phone to factory settings and install the update to a fresh phone

1.0.2? we're on 3.0 now. have you updated itunes to 8.2 the latest version?

Im Not 100% Sure Which Update It Was..

How Do I Restore To Factory?

It was 250mb If That Helps.


iTunes is 8.2 too

If you right click on your iPhone icon when it comes up under the devices tab on the left of your screen it'll give you the option to restore.

If I remember correctly it was 231mb for the update.

Try closing iTunes completely and start it again then plug your phone in.
