Need help: problem sync'ing mobile me after downloading iphone update

Just downloaded the 3.0 update and since then, my contacts are not sync'ing via mobile me --i update a contact on my mac and it isn't showing up on my iphone. i manually synced, but it didn't sync the contacts. i'm new to mobile me, but checked all the settings on the iphone and itunes and can't find anything that looks obviously wrong. the only thing new that i can see is that the header in contacts reads "all from my mac"...that's new.

I had this issue at first after I got my 3G S...go on your iphone, and go into settings mail contacts and calendars, unsync mobileme completely, resync, and when it asks you what to do with the data, click merge. that should fix it.
