That is not true, only Arizona and Hawaii do not. As of a couple of years ago, Indiana did not observe it either but now does. I can see how if you live in Arizona you might think that the Mountain Time Zone does not observe it.

I stand corrected. I actually live in CA, but have friends in Arizona. Since they said that they do not observe DST, I assumed that the entire time zone didn't observe it. I'll make sure I get my facts straight before correcting someone else in the future. Thanks for setting me straight on this one.
