itunes keeps on saying it's contacting the iphone update server. Then comes back with 2.2.1 is the current firmware. This is pisssing me off.

I'm guessing that the "contacting the iPhone Update server" is just being cause because of server delays from everyone clicking the "check for update" button at the same time. Just think what the delay is going to be like when the update is actually available... Probably won't get transfer rates higher than 20KBps
