IPhone 3GS help needed

My sister got a Iphone 3GS for christmas and yesterday her phone would not charge through the wall charger and to charge it on mine and it didnt work or the Computer.

Does anyone have any ideas whats going on?

-reset (hold sleep and home button)
-different usb cable
-restore
-call apple

Thanks mate i've told her to take it in to apple saves me the effort and hasel. I will let you know if anything is wrong with it aswell

All iPhone's come with a 1 year warranty. Taking it to apple is def the best bet. If they can't figure out what's wrong, they will replace it.
