Bluetooth and UConnect

Having issues with my iPhone 11 and my Durango UConnect system. When playing music it starts speeding up and skipping. If I try to jump to the next song it half the time stops playing all together. I’ve owned Windows, Android, and now Apple and this is the only phone that’s given me this issue.. Is this normal with Apple and Bluetooth?

No. That is not normal and I’ve never experienced anything like that. With that being said, is your UIConnect system up to date in regard to software?

I’ve never had that issue with the UConnect in my Ram.

The cars 7 years old now, but UConnect says there is no update so I’m assuming it’s the newest for my model. Phone is updated with the latest revision of IOS
