Will iPad2 bought now have iOS5?

I am looking to buy an iPad2 at Best Buy - have rewards and gift cards to use so Best Buy is the choice. If I buy it now or next week, can I expect it to have iOS5 loaded? Any way to tell from the box if it is iOS5 or 4? Thanks.

I bought one yesterday and it didnt have iOS5... I had to update, but it only took like 40 minutes or so... I would imagine it will take a while for them to deplete iOS 4 stock, as the iPad isn't in super high demand.. It's an easy update, tho.

Why does it matter ? Just update it or Ask apple too I'm sure they will
