How much do X-Box games cost on Average?

Our Godson's son (age 10) received an X-Box for Christmas. We're getting together to exchange gifts in a week or so and I thought an X-Box gift card would be a good choice, but I have no idea how much a game costs. So I would appreciate any suggestions. TIA!

I went to the Xbox Store, and I can’t even see any games.

I would it expect it to be around 70-80CAD

Is that including X Box store’s 30% commission or is that tacked on at checkout (sorry I couldn’t resist ).
