Bug in 9.1 Beta 1 - Notification missing text on button

When I receive a new email, the notification that drops down seems to be missing text on the left "button". Anyone else having this same issue? I believe it is supposed to be Reply, but when I tap it, nothing happens....

It is supposed to be "Mark as Read". It works on my device.
