7.1 Phone theme?

So I noticed with 7.1 that the call screen is different is there a tweak to make 7.06 look like that?

Not that I'm aware of, but for some reason I recall reading about such a tweak here in the forums. Then again, I read so much to where I could be getting something mixed up...... If I find it, I'll be sure to post it here.
