iMessage issue

After I got iOS7 I texted my wife and she said it came up as my iCloud email address and not on my previous text's. Any idea why and how to change it back?

There is only message under settings and it just has to turn iMessage on & off.

settings, messages, scroll down to send and receive and tap that row. On the next page at the top is the list of all email and phones you can use. Scroll down a bit and you'll see "start imessages from" where you can select one of them. This is your imessage callerid.
