Semi-Restore Issues

I just finished running semi-restore on my Iphone 5 and now when I reload all the tweaks i purchased they are not showing up in settings so I can configure them...... This is a bummer. Does anyone have any ideas?

PS----- The themes that I purchased do show up in winter board tho......

You may have to change into developer mode in Cydia and install preferenceloader. That is usually the issue.
