Does anyone use a 64GB iPad without having storage issues?

I'm thinking of getting my daughter an iPad for drawing. She currently uses a Surface Pro but wants to use Procreate. I'm having trouble deciding on the storage though, how much do you use with Procreate? She has a terabyte of cloud storage available to her but I don't know how much on device storage she would need.
