[NEED HELP] How to Downgrade Iphone/Ipod 4s [HELP]

Hi guys, i was on my ipod today.. And i look at my music and i thought, i need more. I was on Itunes on the pc windows 7, and suddenly i saw ' IOS 6.1.3 update, without thinking, i download it, i thought i rebacked but i not rebacked ._.'
And i dont have shsh-blobs, So i saw there is no option to get jailbreak for 6.1.3, i was looking for a downgrade without shsh-blobs, i cant find it... I hope you guys can help me out.'. I really love jailbreak, without it.. My ipod is nothing..

According to the link below, you cannot downgrade iOS 6.1.3. Hopefully, a jailbreak will be available for 6.1.3 soon.

I read some where that there is no way to jailbreak
Ios 6.1.3 apple has delete or add some
'Unknown' things. This is bad
