Which file to add music to using iFunbox

iTunes is a pain. I am using iFunbox for most other things and want to learn how to add music to my iPhone. In which file should I add the music? Var/mobile/media maybe? And if I add a whole album (which I haven't bought from iTunes) will it play as an album or will it go in as separate tracks? Thanks guys.

Someone must know which file I can drag and drop my music into so I can play it on my phone? Thanks for any help at all you can provide guys.
