how do I upload my films to icloud from my ipod

I have films on my iPod and I need to save them because they are on a different library and if I sync some music onto my iPod it will clear all my films,

If by "different library" you mean different AppleID - devices can only be synced to one AppleID/iTunes library... you'd need to use FamilyShare to make items under more than one AppleID available on your device(s)...
