People can only hear me when I speak over speaker phone and not while talking normally. Why?

People can only hear me when I speak over speaker phone and not while talking normally.

For some or other reason people can only hear me talking when I talk over speaker phone, but I can hear them normally and over speaker phone. I already did a factory reset. Please help

Check everyone of your volumn settings in case you missed one especially a spkr.

Try plugging your earpod jack in and out about 10 times. Check for debris in the microphone.
