Keychain issue

Im currently using a different phone. I have changed the sim over and restored from iCloud but none of my keychain passwords are present. Can I sync them when I cannot turn key chain off on the previous device?

How long was this ago?
It may take a while before your keychain is synced to the new device.

First of all, I’m assuming your “different phone” is an iPhone. If so, and If you’re indeed signed in to iCloud on it then your iCloud data will sync to it. Give it time.
