Adjust size of column and rows and lines of text in columns in Notes on iPhone

I created a table in Notes. The columns are too wide, so I want to adjust them. I also want to add lines of text in the columns, but there is no “Return” in the table. Instead, there is a”Next” key that skips to the next column.
