watchOS 4.0: Music Deleting and Stopping Syncing

How do i delete the current music on my Apple watch (watchOS 4.0) but not my iPhone?

Also, how do I stop my Apple watch from syncing music automatically?

I just want to keep music off my watch but manage and play it all through my iPhone.

Hey, go to the Watch app on your iPhone, then head over to Music. The options are there.
