iMore Question

I was accidentally charged $12.99 for a pandora upgrade that I don't approve I could have accidentally done it will driving and trying to open the app. I chatted with someone online and they said it would be refunded in 10 days it's almos been 20 days and I still don't have the refund can you tell me why? Thanks.
