Why can't I send documents as attached files anymore?

I noticed I can no longer choose between all my folders when trying to send an attachment to someone on Facebook. All I can choose from are the folders that are on my desktop, while I can no longer see all the other folders in my Finder, such as "iCould Drive", "Dropbox", "Downloads", and "Documents". However, I do see all of these folders when I open my finder anywhere else.

If I want to send a document, I need to move it to my desktop in order to see it when attaching a file. How can I get all the other folders that are not on my desktop back?

So you can send documents as attached files, but not in the manner you're accustomed to. Right? Anyway, when did you notice the change? What OS version are you using?
