MMS Question

I have a habit of sending MMS messages as opposed to using free alternative methods like Whatsapp/Viber etc.

If i turn off MMS messaging in settings, does that also prevent incoming MMS messages?

Happy to still recieve, would like to block outgoing?

P.S i'm on iOS

I have never used MMS messages, ever.
The best way to determine if you will be able to receive them is to test it with a friend.
That way you will know for sure.
