Welcome to iMore! You can try logging into www.icloud.com on a web browser using a Mac or PC and hope that it's still in your iCloud contacts. You can also try restoring from a prior backup. Nothing is really guaranteed to work though. With contacts seamlessly syncing across all of your devices once it's deleted on one device it's usually gone on all of them pretty quickly.
