Apple Music not playing a new album

Ok, so I purchased a couple songs through iTunes on my windows computer. Those two songs show up in Apple Music (not downloaded though) but I can play them. I bought a complete album and that album shows in the purchased folder in Apple Music. However, I can't play that album on my iPad. Sonos controller shows the album. Even the most recent widget shows the album, and if I click that album on the widget, it plays. But I go into the Apple Music app and try to play a song, none of them play, just skips to the 2 songs I purchased first. I am so confused.

When connected to wifi, make those songs available for offline listening or enable streaming for music under Settings > Music > Cellular Data
