iCloud is being hacked and the app notes is allowing them access to my device

My iPhone 5s is being hacked remotely, I think my iCloud is being hacked. But the hackers can screen mirror my device using the app notes. How can I stop this
I have also noticed that my device has visited websites that I never browsed

My suggestion is to reset your device to new. Also change all your passwords immediately!
