i can only hear out of one earphone piece everytime I plug it into my iOS head plugin i need it fix　

every time I put in my headphones Into my iOS headphone plug in i can only hear out of one ear and it's the left and I try to put my ear phones in to where I can hear out of both but sometimes it doesn't work and how can I fix it ???

If this happens to all earphones that you plug in, go to settings-general-accessibility/ scroll down to adjust audio volume balance between left and right.

Are these the headphones that came with the phone? If so, how old are they? Is the phone still in Warranty? If so, Apple may replace your headphones.
