Editing Numbers file on iOS 9.3

Hello All,
I have created a worksheet from a template and want to edit it on my iPhone 6s Plus.
Why can't I change the content of the cell?
Any help appreciated

There might be an "edit" button to press to allow you to interact.

Idk online seems to say double tap the cell.
