How do I get rid off the restriction code?

Help. Somebody put on the restriction code on my ifone 5s. I can not access my istore/iTunes etc thru my fone.
How do I reset the code?
Do I have to plug it into computer? Please help

Get permission from your parents t download an app from the App Store. Other than that, you will have to restore your device, but that will erase everything on it.
